At Sei no Sono, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because each item is made-to-order specifically for you using print-on-demand technology, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing choice, or minor printing variations that are inherent to the process.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our print-on-demand products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer want the item.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products.If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a severe printing error (e.g., major misprint, graphic errors), we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@seinosono.com with:
· Your order number.
· Photos of the damaged or defective item.
· A brief description of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if approved, we will typically send a free replacement for the defective item. In cases where a replacement is not possible or desired, we may issue a refund to your original payment method at our discretion.
3. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item entirely (e.g., wrong product type, wrong design), please contact us immediately at contact@seinosono.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and you may be asked to return the incorrect item at our expense.
4. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been sent to production. Please contact us immediately after placing your order. As our partner Printful begins production very quickly to ensure fast shipping, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If production has already begun, your order cannot be cancelled and our no-refund policy will apply.
5. Shipping Errors & Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office and neighbors. If the package is truly lost, contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If a package is lost in transit due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect address provided by us), we will reship your order. If the error was due to an address provided incorrectly by the customer at checkout, we cannot be held responsible and are unable to reship or refund the order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
